Score 1-100. Staff Services: 100, great services from staff, very helpful. Room Cleanliness: 50, dirty room. especially at superior room type. Facilities: 60, no TV signal at deluxe room, AC isn't working well, bad WiFi connection. Restaurant: 80, delicious food and beverage.
Hotelnya nyaman dan privasi banget.. ada kolam renangnya.. untuk harga perkamarnya mulai dari 600rb-1600rb an jadi termasuk menengah atas lah, tapi ora bakal gelo(tak akan nyesel)... view lautan teluk awur juga terhampar memanjakan mata.. pokoknya puas daahh.

Lokasinya bagus di pinggir pantai teluk awur. Hotelnya kesannya seperti villa. Makanannya enak, kolam renang bersih. Pelayannya ramah dan sangat membantu, Saya pesan kamar superior, Cuma sayang air untuk kamar mandi ngalirnya kecil, jadi sulit untuk mandi air hangat, Di kamar juga ada semut.
Hotel dengan pemandangan laut terbaik. Hanya saja kamarnya rada berdebu. Yang lantai atas balkonnya sempet lihat kotoran tikus
tempat nyaman, makanan enak cm kurang variasi, desain interior bagus banget, harga bersaing dengan hotel sekitar. Worth the price!
View bagus sih, tapi privasi nggak terjaga, petugas tiba2 nylonong masuk kamar tanpa permisi dl.

Puas. Fasilitas oke, view mengagumkan, peacefull, makanan juga enak. Tapi masih sempat dibuat kecewa karena ternyata pesanan saya dari aplikasi pihak ketiga tr*v*l*k* tidak langsung otomatis terkoneksi. saya harus menunggu receptionist berbincang dengan atasannya menimbang akan di tempatkan dimana saya dan teman saya. Begitu masuk room yang dipesan ternyata juga tidak sesuai. saya pesan twin bed tapi yang saya dapat queen bed. But overall is good :) Semoga lebih baik :)
Pemandangan langsung pesisir pantai dan laut, villa yg megah dengan desain arsitektur yang cukup indah.
acara party saya sangat menyenangkan.. mksh pak budi asmara.. di kasih kado pula sama yg punya.
The hotel needs a Nice bar to attract more visitors, like Marine on a few 100 meters distance. Building and location are perfect. We had a good stay.
The first time we arrived, it was so quiet. No one was really at the front desk. Though when the staff showed up, they worked quick and showed us our room. One sad thing, though, most of the dishes on the menu were not available...so we ended up ordering pizza for two days in a row and that took ages (more than 45 minutes) to arrive. Staffs are very friendly, though. They helped us to get our taxi to take us from hotel to the Jepara Harbor (we left to Karimunjawa islands)
Water pump problem all day ,, could not shower! The team is not ready with equipment maintenance spare parts mesin2 who are aging, so the tamulah who must bear the consequences. Ga'bisa rinse exhausted swimming and bathing, until check-out time. Forced to go home with the body still itching :(
Hotel phone died, so for any purpose with the receptionist had to go up and down stairs, while our room penthouse is on the 3rd floor and no elevator or escalator. bener2 make Gerem. location close to culinary ata food stalls though. so we ordered dinner at the hotel. and the long cook really coming of satu2 to pause a long time too. so until I finished eating, my parents can not pesananya food. bener2 disappointing. the kitchen table in the room much semutnya. although sis in quite good and friendly receptionist helped us. but handlingnya less professional. Our HIT given mosquito spray for ngebersihinnya. langit2 room looked rarely cleaned. designnya unique and nice toilets. but unfortunately outdated WC and other bathroom equipment also require replacement. kamnar porch lights in the dead ... dark. and the officer informed that the lamp was broken dmd and deliberately cut off ... for fear of short circuits. there is no solution at all. breakfast is very limited. and must choose in the evening to be prepared. However, increased disappointing because at the moment we came down for breakfast, the food is cooked and the new start we had to wait an hour ... and like dinner. food came one by one with a long pause. so that a new driver I can eat after we all finished eating. nice park. but a lot of ants. ramah2 heck officers and baik2. but with such conditions, so it would not reduce the annoyance due to all the problems there is no solution. oya extra bed for the sister I became just a mattress mattress on the floor without any support at all. huhh of course we will not return to the hotel or this vilaa.
